We ship worldwide out of Israel. All items are sent out gift boxed.
You will be notified when your item has been shipped and receive a tracking number for the parcel.
Please make arrangements for someone to be present for the scheduled delivery time.
Maya Sebbah is not responsible for duties and taxes that may apply upon entering the destination country. Under no circumstances will Maya Sebbah be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items once package has been shipped. due to covid-19, carrier policies are changing; Fedex may not require a signature upon delivery. For more information, please see the policies for Fedex.
All items in my shop are hand made for that reason I need 3-4 weeks to prepare them for shipping.

Terms & Conditions
We accept Payments through Paypal or Offline payments (bank transfers or payment apps).
You can use your credit card via the Paypal checkout even if you don't have a paypal account.
International: bank transfers can be done using apps like Transfer Wise, Revolut or Paysend Link.
Israel: Local bank transfers or use of any paying app - BIT, Pepper pay, Paybox are possible.
A payment plan (installments) is available using the Pepper Pay app when paying over 400 ILS.
Order will go into work when funds are received. If you choose the Offline payment option ( bank transfers or transfer app) please stay in touch in order to receive bank info and update us regarding your preferred payment.
Currency rates are provided by XE and are only used to display items in different currencies.
Transactions will be in ILS - Israeli shekel. There may be slight differences in the final price due to different currency rates of the used payment.
I do not put rhodium plating over the gold to make it look whiter, I keep the original color of the natural gold and metals involved. Therefore it appears rather yellowish or grayish than purely white.
I am not a machine. So if there are small imperfections please remember that each piece has been hand made with all the love and care.
If you are unhappy with your order, please let me know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return address and will refund the amount minus shipping once we receive the item back. The items should be sent in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Upon the receipt of returned goods we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
Sorry but we do not give refunds for custom made items.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped we are unable to cancel it.

The rings sizes on our website are US sizes, but we can make your ring in any size gradation. You are welcome to contact us for size conversion assistance.
If you provided the wrong ring size by mistake and want to re-size it we can adjust the size for you. Shipping costs will be payed by the buyer.
